STAG Program Weston testing: Slide 2
The 95GHz radiometric sensor is rope-supported from a branch of a birch tree. The sensor is located about 10 feet above the midpoint of the water bin. The simulated T-62 tank is covered with aluminum foil, which simulates the reflective properties of a metal tank. Computer control and recording equipment are in a nearby garage.
