InP HFET receiver performance as of August 1998

Receiver temperatures are referred to the vacuum window of a laboratory test receiver.  The thin solid line shows the theoretical best performance obtainable with presently available InP devices.  Some data on NRAO SIS mixer receiver temperatures are included for comparison.
