Keywords Page Help
What are Keywords?
The 'Keywords' page allows the Principal Investigator to specify a
set of keywords to categorize the proposal being submitted. This is an
important feature of GBT proposals since they are required for
reporting purposes. The PI can select as many keywords as required to
define the type of science being proposed.
The Keyword Page Layout
The keywords tab has two white areas, on the left is a list of all the
Keywords available for selection, on the right is an area that will
contain the keywords selected by the PI. Between these two areas are
two buttons showing 'Right-Pointing Hand' and a
'Left-Pointing
Hand'. These are used to add/remove keywords to/from the Selected
Keywords area. To add a keyword first use the scroll bar to find the
keyword required. Next, highlight the keyword by clicking on it with
the left mouse button (a highlighted keyword is green). Finally click
on the right-pointing hand to add the keyword to the Selected Keywords
area.
To remove a keyword from the Selected Keywords area highlight it
and click on the left-pointing hand.
